BET SOFTWARE RECRUITS  SIX 2024 GRAD TRAINEES FROM DUT

BET Software is proud to announce the addition of six graduate trainees, who are from the Durban University of Technology (DUT), to its team which forms part of BET Software’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering professional growth. They form part of the 35 graduate trainees intake at BET Software.

The BET Software Graduate Programme is designed to provide recent graduates from tertiary institutions around the country, with valuable hands-on experience, mentorship, and training across various departments.

One of the six graduate trainees,  Sade Malek, said she wants to apply her theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios, because this will allow her to enhance her analytical skills.

“This year, my goal is to be an integral part of the Business Analysis department at BET Software. I aim to network and build connections within the company to gain a deeper understanding of its operations and grow alongside it,” she said.

“We are excited to welcome our new graduate trainees. As they embark on this journey with us, we are committed to providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive in their roles and make meaningful contributions to BET Software,” said Michael Collins, general manager at BET Software.

Collins added the company also employed its 2023 cohort of trainee graduates permanently.

“At BET Software, we recognise the importance of diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity. Our intake of previous graduate trainees who are now permanent, reflects our commitment to building a diverse workforce that embraces different perspectives and experiences,” concluded Collins.
